Local 3062 Women’s Committee Lend Helping Hand
The Women’s Committee of Local 3062 of Harrodsburg, Kentucky recently collected items for Haven House in Danville, Kentucky. Have House is a faith-based care center for women facing unplanned pregnancies. Pictured are Local 3062 Women’s Committee members Margo Caldwell and Jane Noland who spearheaded the drive. “We appreciate our Women’s Committee being active in our community,” states Local 3062 President Eddie Harley. “An important part of a local union’s activities should be spent making a difference in our communities. Afterall, improving the lives of all working people is what organized labor is all about.” |
